Newly starts to support generating PDF 1.3 file in Spire.PDF 2.9.23

Today we are pleased to announce the hotfix version of Spire.PDF for .NET 2.9.23. Based on our customers’ requirements, now our Spire.PDF can generate PDF 1.3 file.

Please refer to the codes below to set the version of your PDF to 1.3.:

PdfDocument document = new PdfDocument();
document.LoadFromFile(@"..\..\Sample.pdf");
document.FileInfo.Version = PdfVersion.Version1_3;
document.SaveToFile("PDF13.pdf");
