Spire.Barcode 1.4 improves the performance in generating and recognizing barcode

We are glad to announce that the latest release version of Spire.Barcode 1.4 is available today. In this version, we focus on correcting the output data when creating a SSCC barcode and resolving the application hang issue when scanning an image that doesn't include barcode.
