Spire.Doc 6.1.17 supports to manipulate ODT format file

We're pleased to announce that Spire.Doc 6.1.17 is released today. This version adds the support for OpenDocument Text (ODT) file format, and fixes the bug that the content in a Word table was not aligned correctly when converted to PDF.
