Spire.PDF 3.7.292 adds new method to resize the watermark image and change its location

We are pleased to announce a new hotfix version-Spire.PDF 3.7.292 today. By the efforts of our develop team, we add new method to resize the watermark image and change its location, and the new feature to get field by Export Value.
