Spire.PDF 3.8.8 supports to save PDF to SVG file format

We are pleased to announce a new hotfix version-Spire.PDF 3.8.8 today. By the efforts of our develop team, our Spire.PDF newly supports to save PDF as SVG file format. We also fixed the bugs for this version, such as the print feature, the merge functions and the conversion functions. Viewing the following full description of its enhanced features:
