Spire.PDFViewer 2.12.19 supports to set the background color of viewer control

We're pleased to announce that the hotfix version of Spire.PDFViewer 2.12.19 is available today. In this version, we added new feature to support setting the background color of the viewer control.

New feature:

• Supports to set the background color of the viewer control and it can be achieved by changing the value of the ViewerBackgroundColor property in the Properties dialog box of the control.
