Spire.Presentation 2.8.86 supports to set or get the picture transparency when using picture fill

We are glad to announce that Spire.Presentation Hotfix Version 2.8.86 is available today. This version adds Transparency property for PictureShape class to set or get the picture transparency when using picture fill, and also fixes several bugs occurring in PowerPoint to Image and PDF conversion.
