Spire.XLS 7.12.19 fixes the issue that the position of the datalabel cannot be changed
We are pleased to announce that the latest hotfix version of Spire.XLS 7.12.19 is available today. In this version, we fixed the issue that the position of the datalabel cannot be changed, and we also improved the function of converting Excel to PDF.
