Spire.XLS for Java 3.12.3

Spire.XLS for Java 3.12.3 enhances the conversion from Excel to PDF

We're pleased to announce the release of Spire.XLS for Java 3.12.3. This version mainly fixes some issues that occurred while converting Excel to PDF/Image and obtaining the formula value. More details are listed in the following content.
