Spire.Presentation 9.11.3 support setting whether to save SlidePicture shapes as graphic tags when converting PowerPoint to SVG

We're glad to announce the release of Spire.Presentation 9.11.3. This version adds a new property to set whether to save SlidePicture shapes as graphic tags when converting PPTX to SVG, and also fix several issues that occurred when converting PPTX to PDFA/SVG, and loading PowerPoint files.
