In order to optimize the product structure, we decided to remove the Spire.License.dll from our .NET product packages. In most cases, the original interfaces and classes defined in the Spire.License.dll are now included in the Spire.Pdf.dll. If a product (such as Spire.Barcode) does not contain the Spire.Pdf.dll, these interfaces and classes are included in the DLL file with the same name as the product.
To use two or more individual products of us in the same project, please download Spire.Office and reference the corresponding DLLs from it. The Spire.Pdf.dll is needed to be referenced if you want to apply a license.
Regular customers who download the latest version from our website must remove the old DLLs (including Spire.License.dll) from their program and then import the new ones. Installation of update via NuGet does not require such a procedure.
Last but not the least, the method of applying a license remains the same. No extra code or changes are needed. Here is the documentation:
